Do I pay anything to see my preview?
No. We build it first, at our own cost. Looking is free and there’s nothing to sign.
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no monthly fee for your website or hosting. Hosting included. No monthly fee. Your files are yours anytime. Optional monthly maintenance is quoted per client, with a custom amount and scope. Recurring billing starts only after you explicitly accept that separate proposal. It is not required for your website or hosting.
What does “hosting included” mean?
Your site runs on Cloudflare’s global network and you never get a hosting bill from us. If you’d rather host it somewhere else later, the files are yours to take.
What about my domain name?
Keep it. We point your existing domain at the new site and it stays registered in your name. No domain yet? We’ll help you register one, in your name.
Can I make changes?
Yes. Complete website includes one round of changes before launch and Complete website + editing includes two. After launch, each change is $95, only when you ask for one.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it’s paid for. Ask for the files anytime and we’ll send them. Another web designer can pick it up whenever you like. You’re never locked in.
What if I’m not happy after I pay?
You see the finished site before you pay, so you know exactly what you’re buying. Our written refund policy is being finalized. Until it’s posted here, ask Matt before you pay and you’ll get a straight answer.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe’s secure checkout. Tap “Make it mine” on your preview, or ask us for a payment link.
How long until it’s live?
Days, not months. Once you’ve paid and sent any changes, what’s left is connecting your domain, and we walk you through it.
Do you do SEO or ads?
Your site is fast, works on phones and has the basics search engines read, like page titles and your business details. We don’t sell SEO packages, ads or monthly marketing.
