Can we show our packages and pricing?
Yes, as much or as little as you like. Some venues list starting prices; others prefer to talk first. We build it your way.
We change our photos every season. Is that a problem?
No. Send new photos and we swap them in. Small updates after launch are a flat fee each, with no monthly plan required.
We get a lot of inquiries through listing sites. Why bother?
Keep those listings. Your own site is the one place you control completely, and it is where people go to double-check you before they sign.
Do I pay anything to see my preview?
No. We build it first, at our own cost. Looking is free and there’s nothing to sign.
What does it cost?
Complete website is $997: your complete website with all agreed pages and functions and one round of changes. Complete website + editing is $1,197: agreed owner editing controls, a guided handoff and two rounds of changes. Neither package has a page-count cap. Both are paid once.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it’s paid for. Ask for the files anytime and we’ll send them. Another web designer can pick it up whenever you like. You’re never locked in.
