I got an email with a link to my new site. Is this real?
Yes. We build previews for local businesses whose websites don’t do them justice, and send the owner the link. It’s yours to look at, free. If you want it, tap “Make it mine” on the preview. If you have questions, reply to the email and Matt will answer.
Do I pay anything to see my preview?
No. We build it first, at our own cost. Looking is free and there’s nothing to sign.
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no monthly fee for your website or hosting. Hosting included. No monthly fee. Your files are yours anytime. Optional monthly maintenance is quoted per client, with a custom amount and scope. Recurring billing starts only after you explicitly accept that separate proposal. It is not required for your website or hosting.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it’s paid for. Ask for the files anytime and we’ll send them. Another web designer can pick it up whenever you like. You’re never locked in.
Where does my information come from?
From what’s already public: your current website, your Google Business Profile and your reviews. We never make anything up. If we’re not sure about something, we leave it out or ask.
Why so affordable? What’s the catch?
We start from designs made for your kind of business and fill them with your real information. That’s much faster than starting from a blank page, so we can charge less. Your website is paid once, hosting is included, and no maintenance plan is required.
